  • 700 g. chicken breasts
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 cups of chicken broth or water
  • 1 cup of diced carrots
  • 1 cup of diced celery
  • 1 cup of diced potatoes
  • 200 ml. of semi sweet white whine
  • 1 tsp. mix of seasoning (paprika, garlic, coriander, turmeric, zira, ginger, nutmeg, cinnamon, fennel), salt, sugar,rosemary)
  • 20 g. dill for serving

Step 1. Marinate diced chicken breasts it in white whine 1-2 hours.

Step 2. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Step 3. Season the meat with salt and pepper to taste. Add the chicken breasts to the saucepan and cook for about 3-5 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
