
Chunks, slices and or even grated – regardless of the way of cutting, pumpkin can easily be turned into one of the most delicious dishes. It is enough to add sweet honey, some additional parts and bake in the oven. I offer a basic recipe for baked pumpkin. You need only three main components.

Ingredients
- Pumpkin – 500 g.
- Honey – 3 tablespoons
- Olive oil – 2 tablespoons

How to Cook 3-Ingredient Baked Pumpkin with Honey
Step 1. Peel the pumpkin from the skin and seeds, cut into plates 1-2 cm thick.
Step 2. Mix honey and olive oil.
Step 3. Pour the honey into the pumpkin slices. Stir them properly.
Step 4. Preheat the oven. Put the parchment on a baking tray or wire rack. Bake for 25 minutes at 180 °C (356 °F) and 15 minutes at 150 °C (302 °F). When pieces are soft they are ready.
Baked pumpkin can be eaten cold or hot.

Food and Drink Paring
I do not know why, but I like a cup of hot black tea with this meal. For me it is the wormiest combination in winter. Besides you may offer your guests a duet of baked pumpkin and sweet baked apples. You can even cook it together.
