  • Wheat flour 380 g.
  • Corn flour 70 g.
  • Margarine 250 g
  • Eggs 4 pcs
  • Cheese 50 g.
  • Sugar 2 tablespoons
  • Nutmeg to taste
  • Cardamom to taste
  • Leavening agent – 1/3 teaspoon

How to Make Cheesy Waffles

Step 1. Prepare all ingredients. Bulk products: two kinds of flour, spices, sugar, leavening agent (not indicated in the video ingredients list , but it is important) to collect in a separate container.

Step 2. Break the eggs in a bowl.

Step 3. Melt margarine.

Step 4. Grate the cheese.

Step 5. Mix the eggs with the melted margarine. Then pour in the flour, sugar, spices, baking powder. Stir.

Step 6. Add grated cheese to the dough.  Then mix again.

Step 7. Heat the waffle iron and grease it once with the rest of the margarine.

Step 8. Bake the waffles. To do this, use a measuring spoon to pour the required amount of batter onto the hot surface, so that there is room around the edges. And cover the waffle iron. Bake for five minutes.
