How to cook cottage cheese chicken patties
Step 1. Prepare all the ingredients. Minced meat should be homogeneous – it should have no bones, cartilage and tendons, it should not have the smell of spices that can be added to disguise a low-quality product. Cottage cheese should be dry enough not to add excess moisture to the cutlets.
Step 2. Transfer cottage cheese to a bowl with minced meat, grate cheese, add finely chopped garlic and semolina — season with pepper and salt, Herbes de Provence Blend. Knead the minced meat until it is entirely homogeneous.
