
The idea of this chicken and veggie stir fry recipe was to cook something tasty from the ingredients I have in my fridge without going outside. The approximate time for the whole process will be about 40 minutes. You may also cook chicken with mushrooms.
Ingredients
- Yellow pepper (or any you have) — 1 big pc.
- Chicken breast — 300 g.
- Champignons — 200 g.
- Onion — 1 pc
- Carrot — 100 g.
- Zucchini — 200 g.
- Garlic — 2 cloves
- Salt — to taste
- Pepper — to taste
- Paprika — to taste
- Basil — to taste
- Soy sauce to taste
- Dill, parsley, and green onion — to taste
- Vegetable oil — 2 tbs.

How to cook chicken and veggie stir fry
Step 1. Cut chicken fillet on dices. Fry it. Wash the mushrooms and cut them in halves or quarters. Slice the onion into circles, grate the carrot, dice zucchini and cut yellow pepper into segments. Add vegetables with mushrooms to the frying pan. Simmer all together for 15 minutes.
Step 2. Separate the broccoli into inflorescences. Cook in boiling salted water for 5 minutes. Flip it into a colander.

Step 3. Mix boiled broccoli with chicken meat and vegetables. Chop garlic and add spices (salt, black ground pepper, paprika, basil, chopped greens). At the end of cooking pour a spoon of soy sauce. Then turn off the heat after simmering 5 minutes and enjoy your meal!
