  • Beef – 500 g.
  • Roasted Peanuts – 100 g.
  • Onion – 50 g.
  • Wine Vinegar – 3 tbs.
  • Cilantro – 30 g.
  • Olive Oil – 3 tbs.
  • Khmeli suneli- 1 tsp.
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Beef Salad with Roasted Peanuts

Step 1. First, boil the beef in salted water. Then, let it cool. It will take about 1 and half an hour.

Step 2. Peel and slice the onion into rings or half-rings. Pour vinegar over it. Do not drain it; the vinegar will be part of the salad dressing.

Step 3. Separate cilantro leaves from the stems. In a blender, add 100g of roasted peanuts and grind the nuts. Add cilantro leaves and continue grinding.

Step 4. Mix all the ingredients together. Add salt to taste and 1 tablespoon of khmeli suneli.

Step 5.Place into a fridge for an hour.
