  • Bell pepper – 220 g.
  • Carrots – 100 g.
  • Onion – 100 g.

  • Honey – 3 tbsp.
  • Chili pepper – 5 g.
  • Salt – to taste

How to Cook Stewed Beef with Honey and Soy Sauce

Step 1. Cut meat into small cubes.

Step 2. Prepare marinade. Mix soy sauce, lemon juice and honey. Pour the marinade over the beef pieces.

Step 3. Let marinate for about 30 minutes.

Step 4. Meanwhile, slice onion into half rings.

Step 5. Grate the carrot.

Step 6. Dice bell pepper and chili pepper into small pieces.

Step 7. Place the meat in a heated pan with oil and the rest of the unabsorbed marinade.  Fry the meat until almost cooked through.

Step 8. Add chopped peppers, carrots and onions to the fried meat. Cook together for about 7 minutes.
