Is This Recipe Keto Friendly?

This recipe contain much fats, than proteins and less of all carbs. The combination of ingredients are keto friendly. Duck meat is a good source of protein and healthy fats, but it does contain some saturated fat. Mushrooms and bell peppers are low in carbs and calories and high in fiber, vitamins, and minerals. Carrots and onions are higher in carbs but can still fit within a keto diet in moderate amounts. Tomatoes and cucumbers are also low in carbs and provide additional vitamins and minerals.

However, the stew does contain some chili peppers, which may be too high in carbs for some keto diets, and sunflower oil, which is high in omega-6 fatty acids and may not be the best option for some keto diets that prioritize more monounsaturated and saturated fats. To make it more keto friendly substitute sunflower oil with olive oil and do not place chili pepper. If you do not follow keto diet you can cook stewed duck with mashed potato. Stay healthy and enjoy your meal!
