How to cook fried dumplings

Step 1. Take the dumplings from the freezer. Start to fry them immediately. It is crucial to remember not to defrost the dumplings, or else the dough will tear, the filling’s meat juice will seep out, and as a result the dumplings will stick to the pan.

Step 2. Pour some vegetable oil into a thick-walled frying pan and heat it up properly. Next, add the dumplings into the pan. It is essential to ensure that the dumplings are placed in a single layer, are not touching each other, and are not sticking together. If you fry the like un a picture, stir them thoroughly while frying.

Step 3. Fry the dumplings on one side over high heat for approximately 5-7 minutes until they are covered with a delectable ruddy and dense crust. This will ensure that the meat juice inside the dumplings remains intact and does not flow out into the pan.

Step 4. Use a spatula to flip the dumplings gently and fry them over high heat on the other side until they attain a beautiful golden brown color.

Step 5. After that, reduce the heat to medium or slightly lower and pour in half a glass of water. Cut the dill and parsley and add them to the pan with dumplings. Add a pinch of salt and black pepper. Cover the pan with a lid and let the dumplings simmer in the water until tender and the moisture has evaporated, which usually takes about 10 minutes.
