- Cream (20% fat) 200 ml. or sour cream 4 tbs.
- Carrot (a small amount for taste) 150 g
- Onion 100 g.
- Garlic 20 g.
- Salt, pepper to taste
- Turmeric to taste
- Provence herbs to taste
- Butter for frying 20 g.
How to make fried chicken hearts in cream sauce
Step 1. Fry the chicken hearts in a pan for 15 minutes.
Step 2. Add carrots and onions, chopped garlic. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 3. Add a little water and let it simmer on low heat for 20 minutes.
Step 4. When the water has evaporated completely, add the cream (I have substituted it with sour cream) and simmer for another 10 minutes.
