If you have a beautiful juicy piece of pork, onion, garlic, vegetable oil and spices, but do not have a container for baking, then use ordinary half-liter glass jars. You will be pleasantly surprised by the result.  Cooking this meal is indescribably easy. It will take no more than two hours.

All used spices take to your taste. You can substitute them with those you have.

How to Cook Baked Meat in a Glass Jar

Step 1. Peel onion and garlic. Cut onions arbitrarily: rings, half-rings. If the onions are small, cut in half.

Step 2. Cut garlic finely or into 2- 4 pieces. Here, too, as desired.

Step 4. Mix spices on a plate.

Step 5. Prepare two half-liter glass jars. Place onions, garlic, and peppercorns on the bottom.

Step 6. Meta with weigh 300-350 g and thickness of 6-7 cm. Dredge these pieces in spices and tamp into jars. Pour 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil on top. Do not be frightened if the ingredients are too dense in the jar. That’s just the way it’s supposed to be.

Step 7. Cover the jars with foil, pierce the foil with a knife to form small holes.  Then put them in a cold oven and turn it on 180°C ( 356°F)  for an hour and a half.
