How to make egg salad

Step 1. Peel and chop the hard-boiled eggs and set aside.

Step 2. In a a glass bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, vinegar, salt and pepper. Stir in the chopped eggs, celery, and red onion.
