  • Hard-boiled eggs – 6 pcs.
  • Mayonnaise – 2 tbs.
  • Dijon mustard   – 1 tbs.
  • Vinegar – 1 tbs.
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Celery – 2 finely chopped stalks
  • Red onion – 2 finely chopped tbs.
  • Fresh parsley or chives, chopped (optional)

How to make egg salad

Step 1. Peel and chop the hard-boiled eggs and set aside.

Step 2. In a a glass bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, vinegar, salt and pepper. Stir in the chopped eggs, celery, and red onion.
