  • Garlic – 3 cloves

  • French whole grain old fashioned mustard – 2 teaspoons
  • Optionally some dill or parsley

How to Prepare Chicken legs with French Mustard and Sour Cream

Step 1. The preparation of such a dish begins with the gathering of ingredients. Lay out the chicken legs on a deep plate.

Step 2. Marinate the meat. Add salt, add spices, then French mustard and sour cream. Stir. Let the marinade soak the meat for half an hour.

Step 3. Pour the olive oil into a heatproof bowl. Let it spread over the entire surface.  Place the marinated chicken legs on a baking tray. Cover with foil.

Step 4. Put the meat to bake in the heated oven at 180°C (356°F). In terms of time for full cooking will need about an hour. 15 minutes before the end of cooking remove the foil and continue the baking process without it to form a beautiful brown crust. You may add some fresh dill o pasley on this stage.
