
I like peaches. Very often I buy them for my home table menu and include in salad recipes. This is one of them I recommend!
Ingredients
- Lettuce leaves — 5-6 pcs.
- Peach — 3 pc.
- Turkey fillet — 300 g.
- Gorgonzola cheese — 100 g.
- Small red onion — 1 pc.
- Sunflower seeds — 3 tbs.
- Fresh mint leaves — 5-6 pc.
- Balsamic vinegar — 1 tbs.
- Olive oil — 2 tbs.
- Salt, pepper — to taste
How to cook salad with turkey, peaches and gorgonzola cheese
- Fry the sunflower seeds in a dry frying pan, so that they are lightly browned, stirring frequently. Put fried seeds on the plate.
- Carefully chop the turkey fillet, rub with salt and pepper. Pour a tablespoon of olive oil into a preheated frying pan and fry the turkey fillet over medium heat for about 5 minutes on each side.
- Wash the lettuce leaves, dry and cut them into strips. Then put strips on a plate.
- Cut the onion into thin slices and put it on the lettuce.
- Сut into strips fried turkey fillet and place it to other ingredients.
- Add peach slices and small cubes of gorgonzola cheese.
- Sprinkle everything with fried seeds and torn mint leaves.
- Finally add one tablespoon of balsamic vinegar and olive oil.
