- Zucchini — 500 grams;
- Potatoes — 500 grams;
- Butter — 30 grams;
- Milk — 80 ml;
- Greens (dill or parsley) — 1 bunch (to taste);
- Salt, pepper, and other seasonings you like — to taste.
How to make potato puree with zucchini
Peel zucchini, cut it in half, then into medium vedges.
Boil water in a saucepan, salt lightly, place the potatoes in boiling water and cook for 10 minutes.
Add zucchini pieces (water should cover all vegetables by at least 2 cm) and cook for another 10-15 minutes until vegetables become ready.
Drain the water from the saucepan.
In separate bowl heat milk. Chop greens into small pieces.
Add butter, salt other seasonings. Grate boiled potato and zuchinee with a blender and pour the milk into the puree.
Sprinkle the finished mashed puree with herbs and serve hot or warm.
