- Pork pulp (or shoulder blade, neck) – 500-600 g
- Onion – 200 g.
- Soy sauce – 4 tbs.
- vegetable oil – 4-5 tbs.
- Salt and black ground pepper – to taste
How to cook onion pork recipe
Step 1. Cut the meat into small pieces, pour in 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil, mix well. Marinate for at least half an hour. You even can keep the meat in the frige for 12 hours.
Step 2. Onion sauce for pork is very easy to cook. Peel the onion, chop them coarsely. Grind in a blender.
Step 3. Heat a frying pan with oil on high temperature, put all the chopped onions into it. Stirring continuously fry the onion for 8 minutes, until it becomes sweet and tender.
Step 4. Put the diced marinated meat in the onion, pour 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and a little of boiling water. Boiled – season to your taste, cover with a lid, leaving a gap for steam to escape.
Step 5. Reduce the heat to low and simmer and stew the meat in onion sauce for at least an hour, or better – one and a half. Do not forget to stir it from time to time. During this time, the meat gains fullness of taste, becomes tender and juicy.
Step 6. Let it stand under the lid for a few minutes. Then serve onion pork with the greens you like. You can also cook potato or rice as a side dish.
