- Pickled cucumbers — 3 pcs.

How to make pickeled cucumber canapes with fried vegetables
Step 1. Cut the onion, grate two large carrots on a coarse grater and send it all to stew in a frying pan.
Step 2. Carrots absorb oil, so it may have to be added a little during the stewing process. While the carrots are stewing, you need to grate the pickles on a coarse grater. The number of them depends, of course, on the size. If they are large, then three will be enough. If you have small pieces, then they will be six. As a result, we should get approximately the same amount of fried carrots and pickled grated cucumbers.
Step 4. Grated cucumbers need to be squeezed well to get rid of excess moisture. In the meantime, the carrots were stewed and its quantity became smaller – it is fried. The combination of stewed carrots and onions should give the whole mass a pleasant, slightly sweet taste. Mix grated and squeezed cucumbers and carrots with onions. You should get a homogeneous mixture with approximately equal proportions of carrots and cucumbers.
Step 6. Add mayonnaise with finely chopped garlic there. The number of garlic can be varied, it all depends on your taste.
Step 7. Add the dressing to the vegetable mixture and stir. Cut the bread, fry pieces of bread for one minute on each side. Remove them from oil and let them cool down.
