Ingredients:
- 300 g chicken breast, cooked and shredded
- 2 stalks of celery, diced
- 3 boiled potatoes, diced
- 1 boiled carrot, diced
- 1 marinated onion
- 3 boiled eggs
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1tsp suger
- 2tbs vinegar
- 3 tablespoons of sour cream
- 1 teaspoon of mustard
- 20 g of fresh dill, chopped

How to make chicken salad with celery
Step 1. Marinate onion in hot water. Add suger, salt and vinegar to it. Leavr onion in marinade for 20 minutes.

Step 2. Poach chicken breast. You can see how to do it is a simple and healthy way. Boil eggs.

Step 3. In a large bowl, mix together the shredded chicken breast, diced celery, potatoes, carrot, marinated onionand eggs.

Step 4. In a small bowl, whisk together the sour cream and mustard.

Step 5. Pour the sour cream mixture over the chicken mixture and mix until well combined.
Step 6. Stir in the chopped dill.

Step 7. Refrigerate the salad for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

Serve the chicken salad chilled, garnished with additional dill if desired.
