Cheese orzo pasta is cooked quickly and in just one saucepan. It will be an excellent breakfast or side dish for dinner. A pleasant spicy taste and aroma of the pasta is given by fried onions, garlic, and grated parmesan. Due to the cheese, the pasta will be viscous and creamy. Boil the orzo pasta with the stir-fry in chicken or vegetable broth until all the liquid has been absorbed, and at the very end, stir in the grated parmesan (or Romano cheese) and fresh herbs. Serve immediately before the cheese has set. Orzo pasta can be replaced with rice if desired.

  • Olive oil – 2 tablespoons
  • Onion- 1 small pc.
