
When you need to empress someone with cooking skills you may cook this cheesy potato casserole with chicken breast. Nobody will be indifferent after tasting it.
Ingredients
- Potatoes — 3-4 pc.
- Chicken breast — 400 g .
- Cream 20% — 200 ml.
- Salt to taste
- Ground pepper to taste
- Vegetable oil for frying — 2 tbs.
- Hard cheese 50 g.
How to cook cheesy potato casserole with chicken breast
- Chicken fillet and potatoes cut into thin slices. Separately fry in a small amount of vegetable oil.
- Put the fried fillets and potatoes in the saucepan, add salt, and pepper.
- Add other seasonings to taste.
- Pour 20% cream, stir and bring to a boil.
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F). Replace meat with potatoes from the saucepan to the baking dish. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake for 30 minutes until golden brown top
- Serve the meal hot.
