There are several varieties of quinoa, differing in color and flavor shades. All types of quinoa have a light nutty taste and are great for breakfast, dinner, salad and even dessert. White quinoa has a more tender and delicate flavor, and it is more like porridge. It is well tenderized. Black quinoa is a little sweeter than red; both are firmer in texture, so they will perfectly complement this salad with turkey and avocado.
- Turkey breast — 300 g .
- Quinoa — 200 g .
- Avocado — 1 pc.
- Parsley — 3-4 sprigs

How to cook salad with turkey, quinoa and avocado
Recipe instructions include some time for preparation. To get rid of the bitter taste of quinoa it is soaked in cold water before cooking — for about 30-45 minutes.
Boil the quinoa until fully cooked. For 1 part of cereals, you need 2-3 parts of water.
Cut the avocado pulp into cubes.
Add salt to the turkey breast, put it on a baking sheet lined with parchment, sprinkle with oil and bake in a preheated for 180 °C (356°F) oven for 30 minutes.
Cut the finished breast into small pieces, mix in a salad bowl with avocado and quinoa.
Add chopped parsley, salt, a pinch of paprika and olive oil. Mix everything and serve.
