The recipe is a low-calorie and healthy soup, ideal for a healthy menu. Besides it is still easy and quick to cook. In the season green beans and broccoli soup can be made from fresh vegetables, and in winter you can use frozen vegetables, and it will be just as useful as fresh. I strongly recommend this dish for a diet aimed at losing weight.
- Broccoli — 200 g .
- Green beans — 200 g.
- Potatoes — 200 g .
- Carrots — 70 g.
- Onion — 50 g.
- Chicken — 300 g.
- Water — 1.5 l.

How to cook green beans and broccoli soup
Step 1. Prepare all the ingredients. Peel onions, potatoes, carrots and wash all vegetables under running water.
Step 2. Boil the chicken broth. I have it cooked with two chicken wings. If you want the broth be light, then drain the water immediately after the first foam from the meat appears. Pour fresh water into a saucepan with meat and continue cooking in it.
Step 3. Add the vegetables to the broth: Potatoes, carrots and onions. I cooked them whole. If it id big cat potato in half
.Step 4. Divide the broccoli into small inflorescences. Take out the green beans. Throw these vegetables into the steamer basket and cook for a couple of 10 minutes.
Step 5. Take them out when the potatoes and carrots are cooked in the broth. The cooked onion head can be thrown away.
Step 6. In a blender chop the vegetables, both cooked in broth and steamed.
Step 7. Put the resulting mixture back to the chicken broth. Add salt, black ground pepper and your favorite spices. Boil for another five minutes.
Step 8. Pour teh ready soup into plate. You may garnish it with a sprig of parsley.
