 Sometimes in the fridge you can find a small number of vegetables and meal cooking previously.  I have one grilled pork patty with garlic and coriander. So I decided to make fridge inventory to see what I have. I come to my mind the grilled lavash wrap with pork patty and tomato.

Ingredients

  • 30 grams of Lavash
  • 50 grams of Tomato
  • 80 grams of Grilled Pork Cutlet
  • 50 grams of Pickles
  • 2 tablespoons of Mayonnaise
  • 30 grams of Cheese
  • 30 grams of salad cabbage
  • Salt and Pepper (to taste)

How to Make Grilled Lavash Wrap with Pork Patty and Tomato

Step 1. Lay out the Lavash on a clean surface, and spread a thin layer of mayonnaise over it.

Step 2. Slice the grilled pork cutlet into thin strips and arrange them on top of the lettuce.

Step 3. Next, add the sliced tomatoes and pickles on top of the pork.

Step 4. Chop salad cabbage leaves and add to the Lavash.

Step 5. Sprinkle the grated cheese evenly over the ingredients.

Step 6. Carefully fold the sides of the Lavash over the filling, and then roll it up tightly, starting from the bottom, to form a wrap. Grill for 7 minutes it crispy and warm.

Step 7. Once done, remove from the grill, let it cool for a minute. Serve your grilled lavash wrap with pork cutlet and tomato immediately, and enjoy!
