  • Broccoli — 300 g.
  • Champignons — 300 g.
  • Cream — 125 ml
  • Sour cream — 1 tbs.
  • Onion — head
  • Salt, pepper — to taste
  • Butter and vegetable oil for frying
  • Fresh parsley and tomatoes for decoration

How to cook fried mushrooms with broccoli recipe steps

Step 1. Broccoli is disassembled into inflorescences (heads). Boil them in salted water for 3 minutes.

Step 2. Clean the champignons and cut them on halves.

Step 3. Fry the mushrooms together with the onion. Add salt and black pepper.

Step 4. Add broccoli to the mushrooms. Add cream and sour cream.

Step 5. Simmer for another 5 minutes.

Step 6. Fried mushrooms with broccoli are ready!
