Although Super Mario is known for his bravery and heroic deeds, he is also a skilled cook who enjoys making delicious meals for his friends and allies. To my mind Eggplant Parmesan is Super Mario’s special dish. The recipe belongs to Italian cuisine. Super Mario might add his own special touch to the dish by using fresh herbs like basil or oregano, or by adding a little spice to the tomato sauce. He might also pair the Eggplant Parmesan with a side salad or some garlic bread for a complete and satisfying meal.
