- 15 ml lime juice
- 50 ml Bacardi Carta Blanca rum
- Crushed ice
- 100 ml soda water
Here’s how to make mint mojito
Step 1. Tear 10 mint leaves in half and drop them into a highball glass.
Step 2. Add sugar and lime juice and half fill the glass with crushed ice. Stir well.
Step 3. Add rum and top up with soda water. Stir with a bar spoon.
Step 4. Add a little more crushed ice and garnish with mint leaves.
