  • Rice — 200 g.
  • Zucchini — 100 g.
  • Bell pepper — 100 g.
  • Green beans — 200 g.
  • Canned corn — 100 g.
  • Salt — to taste
  • Black ground pepper — to taste
  • Vegetable oil for frying — 2 tbs.

How to cook rice and mixed vegetables

Step 1. The easiest way is to find a frozen vegetable mix. But you can gather the recipe separately.

Step 2. Wash bell pepper, remove seeds and stalk. Dice the bell pepper, slice onion in half rings.

Step 3. Put the bell pepper dices and green peas, cook the vegetables over moderate heat for another 5 minutes. When fresh frozen corn is used, add it at this stage after simmering. Last, put the canned corn . Add salt and spices, mix everything well.
