Such salads belong to the group of healthy desserts. The number of vitamins in fresh fruits and berries will help energize your morning and not overload the body with heavy food in the evening. Fruit salad with ice cream will not take much time to cook, but it will be delicious.
- Bananas — 1 pc.
- Kiwi — 1 pc .
- Apricots — 3 pcs.
- Nectarine — 4 pcs.
- Sweet cherry – 8 berries
- Ice cream — 200 g.
- Dark chocolate — 100 g.
How to cook fruit and berry salad with ice cream
Step 1. Wash the fruits and berries. Peel the bananas and cut them into small circles.
Srep 2. Remove the skin from kiwi, and dice them.
Step 3. Сut apricots (ripe but not very soft) into two parts, remove the bones, and cut into wedges. Remove the seeds from the nectarines and cut them into cubes.
Step 4. Remove stones from sweet cherries, and cut the berries into halves.
Step 5. Put all the cooked fruits in a deep bowl. Add the salad with ice cream. Mix it up. Put it in the frige for 20 minutes to cool down a little.
Step 6. Serve fruit salad in bowls or glasses. You can sprinkle it with grated chocolate and chopped nuts. Place ice cream on the top, if you want.
