Ingredients for Grilled Pork Patties
- 1 kg of ground pork
- 1 teaspoon of minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon of mixed peppers
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of coriander
- 1 egg
- Olive oil for frying
- Basil for garnish
How to Make Grilled Pork Patties with Garlic and Coriander
Step 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground pork, minced garlic, mixed peppers, salt, and coriander. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly distributed.
Step 2. Crack an egg into the mixture and mix it with ground meat well. This will help bind the ingredients together and to make patties easier.
Step 3. Heat a closed grill plate over (I have steak mode). Then add a knob of butter or olive oil to prevent sticking. Make sure it’s evenly thick to ensure even cooking.
Step 4. Place the pork patties into the grill and cook for about 8 minutes or until it’s cooked through and has a nice golden-brown crust.
Step 5. Once the pork patties are done, transfer them to a plate, and garnish with a fresh basil. I have 7 grilled patties from 1 kilo of ground pork.
