Ingredients
- Cottage cheese (preferably homemade) — 0.5 kg.
- Milk — 1 cup (200 ml.)
- Eggs — 2 pcs.
- Sugar 3 tbs.
- Semolina — 4 tbs.
- Butter — 1 tsp.
- Salt, vanilla — to taste
How to make cottage cheese casserole
- Separately, beat the eggs with sugar. Then add milk and vanilla to them and stir thoroughly.
- Put the cottage cheese in a deep bowl. Add semolina and a mixture of eggs, milk, sugar and vanilla to the cottage cheese.
- When you want, add raisins or prunes.
- Mix everything thoroughly. Ideally, use a blender.
- Grease the heated mold with butter and pour the curd mass into it.
- Put the mold in the oven, preheated to 180 °C (356 °F) for 45 minutes.
- When the egg casserole with cottage cheese is cooked, remove the mold from the oven and let it cool down to room temperature.
- Serve with condensed milk, sour cream or jam.
