
This wonderfully light creamy chicken and cauliflower salad in Greek yogurt dressing is a nice cooking idea in a healthy low-fat menu. You will not spend much time while making this salad but the result will surprise you.
Ingredients
- Сauliflower — 400 grams
- Tomatoes —300 g.
- Eggs —2 pcs
- Chicken breast 300 g.
- Canned corn —150 g.
- Dill — 20 g.
- Salt — to taste
- Black ground pepper — to taste
- Greek Yogurt (mayonnaise) — 150 g.

How to make creamy chicken and cauliflower salad
Step 1. Wash the cauliflower and cut it into small pieces, put it in boiling water and add a pinch of salt. Cook for about 5-7 minutes (do not overcook). Cool the vegetables to a room temperature
Step 2. Place chicken fillet in a boiling water and cook for 30 – 40 minutes. Leave it to cool down and cut in small dices.
Step 3. Then cut the cauliflower, diced eggs, carrot and corn. Put all ingredients into a deep bowl.
Step 4. Add salt, black ground pepper, chopped dill and creamy yogurt dressing(low-fat sour cream or mayonnaise).
Step 5. Mix well all the ingredients.

The salad is ready and can be served to the table!
