Ingredients
- Boiled chicken fillet – 200 g.
- Hard cheese – 100 g.
- Green peas – 150 g.
- Pickled mushrooms – 150 g.
- Onion – 1 pc.
- Eggs – 3 pc.
- Celery – 2 stalks
- Mayonnaise – to taste
- Salt and ground pepper – to taste
- Sugar – 1 tbs.
- Vinegar – 2 tbs

How to make Chicken Mushroom Salad (step-by-step recipe)
Step 1. Boil the chicken fillet until it’s tender. Hard boil three eggs.

Step 2. Cut the eggs into cubes and place them in a big glass bowl.

Step 2. Cut the onion into half rings or rings and marinate it in water (200 ml.) with vinegar (2 tbs.), salt (1 tbs.) and sugar (1tbs.).

Step 3. Cut the chicken breast into small pieces and put it in a salad bowl, also add dill and parsley.

Step 6. Cut the mushrooms into pieces if they’re too large and add them to the salad bowl.
Step 7. Drain the water from marinated onion, squeeze the onion, and add it to the salad bowl.

Step 8. Add green peas or canned corn.

Step 9. Dress the salad with mayonnaise, salt, and pepper to taste.

Step 10. Let the salad stand for a bit to soak up the flavors, then serve and enjoy!
