  • Salt
  • Eggs 2 pcs.

How to Make Fried Crab Sticks Stuffed with Cheese

Step 1. Grate the cheese and set it aside. Chop the garlic.

Step 2. In a bowl, mix the grated cheese with garlic. pinch of salt.

Step 3. Mix eggs, sour cream and flour and stir until well combined.

Step 4. Take a crab stick and open it up, then spoon some of the cheese mixture onto it. Roll the crab stick back up with the cheese inside.
