- Beet 300
- Sour apple — 1 pc.

How to cook beet and apple salad
Step 1. To begin with, boil the beets. It is better to do this beforehand since the process takes 1-2 hours. Wash beetroot thoroughly, put in a saucepan, pour cold water and bring to a boil.
