
The story of this recipe began one autumn day, when the weather was rainy, and I had no intent to go outside. This red mulled wine with prunes is made from the ingredients that were at that time on my kitchen shelves. It is not a classic variant but it is a good idea for cooking on a weekend. You can also prepare glintwine based on the grape juice without any alcochol.

Ingredients
- Red dry wine 250 ml.
- Sugar 1 tsp.
- Prunes without stones 3 pc.
- Cinnamon 1 pinch (better in the sticks)
- Black pepper
- Cloves
- Apple 3 slices
- Lemon 1 slice

How to make red mulled wine with prunes.
Step 1. Prepare all the ingredients.

Step 2. Cut the lemon and the apple into slices.

Step 3. Pour the wine into the saucepan.

Step 4. Add fruits and spices
Step 5. Heat the wine with spices for 30 minutes. Be sure not to boil it. Turn off the heat and leave the glintwine for 10 minutes.

Step 6. Pour homemade mulled wine into the glasses and garnish with lemon or orange.
