Ingredients
- Chicken breast – 4 pcs.
- Wheat flour – 70 g.
- Salt – to taste
- Ground black pepper – to taste
- Olive oil – 5 tbs.
- Butter – 80 g.
- Garlic – 2 cloves
- Capers – 2 tbs.
- Dry white wine – 100 ml.
- Chicken broth – 200 ml

How to make chicken piccata
Step 1. Beat the chicken breast. Season with salt and pepper. Roll in flour and remove excess.

Step 2. Melt the butter in a large frying pan (preferably in a saucepan) and add a little olive oil. Fry the chicken fillet until golden brown, about 5 minutes on each side over medium heat. Transfer the fillet to a plate.

Step 3. Add chopped garlic and capers to the pan. Add lemon juice, wine and chicken broth. Bring to a boil, salt and pepper.

Step 4. Return the chicken fillet back to the pan. Simmer for about 5 minutes until the sauce has reduced slightly.

Step 5. Serve on a large plate with pasta. Pour the sauce on the meat and garnish with lemon wedges and chopped parsley.
