Pork and broccoli stir fry is a very nutritious meal. Broccoli, pork and sour cream present a delicious combination of ingredients. You can substitute pork with chicken to make the meal less caloric.
- Pork — 800 g.
- Broccoli — 600 g.
- Sour cream or cream 15% — 200 ml.
- Onion — 100 g.
- carrot — 125 g.
- Spices — to taste
- Salt — 0.5 tsp.
- Cheese — 30 g.
- Vegetable oil — 20 g.
- Dill — 20 g.
How to make pork and broccoli stir fry
Step 1. Cut the pork and add salt and black pepper.
Step 3. Fry the meat. Add chopped onions and carrots. Then fry everything together for 5 minutes.
Step 2. Chop the dill.
Step 3. Grate cheese.
Step 4. Boil broccoli separately. This vegetable is cooked for about 5 minutes.
Step 5. Drain the broccoli into a colander. Grind half of the broccoli mass in a blender.
Step 6. Continue to stew meat with vegetables for about half an hour. Then add broccoli and cream. Add water if necessary. Bring to a boil. Then you can add dill and grated cheese. Continue simmering for another five minutes. Turn off the heat and leave the pork with broccoli and carrots covered with a lid. Serve pork and broccoli stir fry with mashed potato or rice.
