It is a delicious but high-calorie pan-fried potato with ham and mushrooms. Here I mentioned the recipe ingredinets for two servings. You can also prepare a tomato, string bean and parsley salad as an additional dish.
- Potato — 4 pcs.
- Onion — 1 pc.
- Carrot — 1 pc.
- Ham — 5 slices (you can add bacon or sausages)
- Mushrooms — 200 gr
- Dill — 20 g.
- Parsley — 20 g.
- Green onion — 20 gr.
- Vegetable oil for frying 20 g.
- Salt, ground black pepper to taste.
How to make pan fried potato with ham and mashrooms
Step 1. Wash and prepare all ingredients.
Step 2. Cut the potatoes into slices.
Step 3. Wash and chop the mushrooms.
Step 4. Fry potato and mushrooms for 10 minutes.
Then add ham previously cut into cubes. Fry for 5 minutes.
Grate carrots, chop onion and green onion. Continue frying for another 10 minutes. In the end add salt, pepper and other spices you like.
You can serve it with fresh vegetables (I have red pepper here).
