
Try to cook chicken sausage salad. It is very easy and recipe will save your time if you need to cook something quickly. The cooking process is very flexible. The ingredients can be changed and supplemented with those in the fridge. For example salad with cheese or any other you prefer.
Ingredients
- Boiled sausage — 300 g.
- Cauliflower — 400 g
- Eggs — 3 pcs.
- Bell pepper — 1 pc.
- Carrot — 200 g.
- Canned corn — 200 g.
- Sour cream — 100 g.
- Mustard —1 tbs.
- Dill — 30 g.

How to make chicken sausage salad
Step 1. Prepare all the ingredients. Boil cauliflower, carrot and eggs beforehand (10 minutes in boiling water for eggs, 7 min for cauliflower and 20 min for carrot). Cool the eggs down in cold water. It will help to peel it easily. Dice the cooked ingredients.

Step 2. Then wash cucumber, pepper and dill. Cut vegetables in small cubes and chop dill.

Step 3. Mix sour cream with mustard or you can substitute it with mayonnaise.

Step 4. Mix well all the ingredients in a big bowl and add dressing. Stir again. You can place the bowl in the fridge and serve cold sausage salad.
