
The cocktail is made quickly, but it turns out to be delicious. Children will like milk cocktails.
Ingredients (for 1 serving)
- Milk ice cream — 100 g.
- Pasteurized milk — 120 g.
- Cherry syrup — 20 g
- Egg yolk — 1 pc.

How to cook milk cocktail
Step 1. Milk is cooled. Add cherry syrup to it (you can replace it with jam, only without berries), raw egg yolk, 2 tablespoons of ice cream and whip by a whisk or mixer for 2 minutes so that the mixture foams well.
Step 2. Pour the finished mixture into a glass.
Step 3. Knead the remaining ice cream with a fork and carefully add it to the cocktail.
