- 1 glass of milk
- 1 cup of sugar
- 300 g of wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon of slaked soda
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar
- 2 chicken eggs
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- 50 g. of raisins
How to make raisin cupcakes
Step 1. In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs, milk, and two types of sugar until well combined. Then, add the slaked soda and butter, followed by the flour. Mix everything well until there are no lumps left.
Step 2. In a cup put raisins and pour it with hot boiled water. Leave for 15 minutes. Add the raisin into the cupcake dough.
Step 3. Then pour the dough in a large silicone mold without greasing it with butter.
Step 4. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius and bake the cupcakes for about 1 hour until they are golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Step 5. Take the cupcake out of the oven, let it cool for a few minutes, and then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
