  • 2 plain bagels, sliced in half
  • 115 g. cream cheese, softened
  • 130 g. smoked salmon, thinly sliced
  • 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1-2 tbsp capers
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

How to make bagel and lox sandwich

Step 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F 190 (190 °F).

Step 2. Spread a thin layer of cream cheese on each half of the bagels.

Step 3. Layer the smoked salmon on top of the cream cheese on each bagel half.

Step 4. Top the smoked salmon with sliced red onion, capers, and chopped dill.
