Ingredients
- Beef — 500 g
- Onion — 150 g
- Garlic — 2 cloves
- Butter — 40 g.
- Salt — to taste
- Ground black pepper — to taste
- Dried herbs you like
- Vegetable oil — 2 tbs.

How to cook beef with onion
Step 1. Cut the beef into pieces. Season with salt and pepper.

Step 2. Cut the onion into half rings and or rings, as you like, peel garlic cloves.

Step 3. Pour sunflower oil into the pan. Next, heat up the pan. Lay out the pieces of meat and add cloves ogf garlic. Then place a layer with onions and on top a few pieces of butter, cut into a plate.

Step 5. Simmer over low heat under a closed lid. Add a little water if necessary. After 70 minutes, add the bay leaf with dried herbs (parsley, dill or any other) and simmer for another 10 minutes. The beef with onions is ready.
