You will need to make some changes to cook chicken in a honey sauce based on Genshin Impact cuisine. Substitute a sweet flower with honey and add more ingredients from ordinary life. When the guests like the dish, my congrats, you have managed to cook not just a perfect Sweet Madame, but as a nun Rosary special dish, a magnificent Dinner of Judgement.
Ingredients
- Chicken — 2 kg.
- Soy sauce — 4 tbs.
- Mustard — 2 tbs.
- Honey — 2 tbs.
- Olive oil — 2 tbs.
- Chopped garlic — 3 cloves
- A pinch of salt and black ground pepper.
Sweet Madame or grilled honey garlic chicken recipe
- To begin with the cooking of Sweet Madame, you need to be patient. Mix the ingredients from the list (soy sauce, mustard, honey, olive oil, garlic, salt and black ground pepper) for the sauce. Take a chicken without giblets. Then spread the source inside and outside of the chicken with the prepared mixture. Rub it under the skin of the breast. Make this by losing the chicken’s skin and gently sliding your fingers under it. This step ensures the chicken breast stays juicy after the roasting process.
- Leave for 4 hours in the fridge.
- Since I have an oven with a grill, it makes my task easier. Skewer the whole chicken with the grill stick and bake in the oven at 180 – 200° C (356- 392 ° F). The total roasting time will be about an hour and a half. From time to time open the oven’s lid and water the bird with the released liquid. You can check the readiness by piercing the breast or thigh with a fork. If pink liquid drips down, then continue to roasting process.

The finished grilled honey garlic chicken is cooled down to a comfortable temperature and served to the festive table.
