The pros of this easy chicken patties recipe are you can make them, freeze and cook later when you need. The corns are they are finished soon and you have to cook next portion. Potato puree or stewed vegetables will be a nice side dish for it.

Ingredients
- Chicken mince — 700 g.
- Large potatoes — 1 pc.
- Eggs — 1 pc.
- Onion — 1 head
- Salt, pepper — to taste
- Poultry seasoning — to taste
- Butter or vegetable oil — 2 tbs.
- Breadcrumbs — 70 g. (in case you need to make chicken mince thicker)

How to make chicken patties
Step 1. Prepare all the ingredients from the above list.

Step 2. Put the ready-made minced chicken (homemade or store-bought) in a bowl.
Step 3. Peel the potatoes, grate them on a fine grater, squeeze slightly (otherwise, the minced meat will flow and form very poorly) and put them in a bowl.
Step 4. Add egg, finely chopped onion, salt, pepper, and poultry seasoning and mix well. You can also put breadcrumbs to make chicken mince thicker or butter to make them tender.

Step 5. With wet hands (so that the minced meat does not stick to the skin), form cutlets of the desired size.
Step 6. Heat a frying pan with butter (vegetable oil), put the patties in it and fry on high heat on one side until the golden brown color.

Step 7. Turn the patties to the other side, turn down the heat, cover the pan with a lid and cook them tom make tender, about 10-15 minutes.
