Milk — 100 ml.

How to cook turkey pumpkin in creamy sauce

1.   Cut turkey fillet into small pieces, salt, and pepper.

3.   In the same pan, fry the pumpkin on high heat for 5 minutes, add about 150 ml. of water, close the lid and simmer for about 5 minutes on low heat.

4.   Add the roasted turkey to the pumpkin, pour sour cream, add ground nutmeg, a piece of butter, mix. Bring to a boil, if necessary, then season with salt, pepper and herbs, and remove from heat.
