- Water – 500 ml.
- Rice – 150 g.

How to Make Minced Chicken with Rice and Cabbage
Step 1. Minced Chicken
If needed, thaw the minced chicken, season it with salt and pepper.
Step 2. Vegetables
Peel and wash the onion and carrots. Chop the onion and grate the carrots. Finely chop the cabbage.
Step 3. Frying Process
Combine the vegetables with the minced chicken and fry them in a skillet, previously greased with olive oil. Fry for ten minutes.
Step 3. Cooking Rice
Rinse the rice and place it in a pot. Add water in a 1:1 ratio and cook until the water evaporates. It will be partially cooked.
Step 4. Stewing process
In the same pot with the rice, fried vegetables and cabbage. Pour in 250 ml of water and add tomato paste, diluted with the same amount of water. Simmer on low heat for one and a half hours. You may add some water, if neccessary.
