- Frozen broccoli — 400 g.
- Boiled chicken fillet — 300 g.
- Cheddar cheese — 100 g.
- Cream 20% – 200 ml.
- Onion — 200 g.
- Butter — 20 g.
- Salt — to taste.
- Ground black pepper —3 gr.
- Water — 50 ml.
- Parsley — 30 g.
- Dill — 20 g.
How to cook the dish chicken with broccoli in cream sauce
Step 1. Separate the broccoli into inflorescences if it is not ready for cooking frozen product. Cook in boiling salted water for 5 minutes. Flip it into a colander.
Step 2. Finely chop the onion. Fry in melted butter until soft. Add to broccoli.
Step 3. Add the boiled chicken fillet cut into pieces.
Step 4. Mix everything and put it in a silicon or ceramic form for baking. You need to grease the form if it is not elastic silicon bowl.
Step 5. For the sauce mix cream, water, salt, pepper, chopped dill and grated cheese (leave part of the cheese for sprinkling).
Step 6. Pour the cream sauce with the other ingredients and spread the remaining cheese.
Step7. Bake in the oven until ready or in an instant pot choosing baking mode (until a light brown crust appears). It will be approximately 10 – 15 minutes at 180 °C (356 °F). Serve hot and sprincle with chopped parsley.
